Graduated from the INSEEC Business School Romain has been studying and working in different sectors of the hospitality industry; marketing, communication, finance and sporting - business events.
During the winter season, in Les Menuires at Hôtel L’Ours Blanc, Romain is director of the brasserie and assistant for the evening restaurant service, coordinating and handling all types of events in Annecy.
Passionate about all extreme sports, he is a French ESF ski instructor.
Steve Casali, 28 years old, Associate Director and Chef.
Steve’s passion is all about cooking and from a very early age.
In 2008, he graduated from the Thonon Hospitality management school.
He has trained with many Michelin star chefs such as Jean Pierre Jacob, from Le Bateau Ivre and Jean Marie Gauthier from Hôtel du Palais, in Biarritz. He improved his international cuisine skills and management with renowned Australian caterers.
Today, he is running the kitchen in Hôtel L'Ours Blanc****, Les Ménuires.
From France, England and Italy he considers his heritage as a source of inspiration. He also enjoys a unique cuisine with Asian touches.
